Luke Frank’s Team Wins National Intelligence Professional Award

September 1, 2025 – Washington, DC – Invictus Executive Director of Cyber Engineering, Luke Frank, was part of the IC Data Catalog Team, honored with the 2025 Mission Integration National Intelligence Professional Award (NIPA).

The IC Data Catalog Team was awarded the Mission Integration Unit Citation in recognition of outstanding service. They notably facilitated the first ever interconnections between National Security Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency’s data catalogs and the Intelligence Community’s data catalog, Atlas. The now integrated systems greatly expand search and discovery capabilities of data across the Intelligence Community, strengthening the defense of our national security. This effort involved navigating complex technical and security agreements, and collaboration across agencies. IC Data Catalog Team’s accomplishments reflect highest credit upon themselves, the agencies, and the Intelligence Community.

About the National Intelligence Professional Award

The National Intelligence Professional Award (NIPA) recognizes distinguished service and exceptional contributions to a specific intelligence profession, function, or discipline within the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). Awarded by IC Senior Program Executives (SPEs)—senior officials of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the IC—the award promotes excellence and innovation within the IC’s various fields. It is one of several awards within the broader National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP), which also includes the National Intelligence Community Award (NICA) for overall IC contributions.
